I was totally hung up and obsessed with food for the majority of my formative years. I was always thinking about my next meal or snack.

 

Always trying to hide how much I loved sweets (by sneaking them while no one was watching or hiding candy wrappers under paper towels in the trash can).

 

I was obsessed with food and ashamed of it.

Through my journey with food and body healing, I’ve found MYSELF.
